To apply for membership you must register a valid email adress and a password. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age. It is not allowed to split a membership between several persons.
3. User Login Details
All users of Edger Finance that register on our webpage are considered members. Each member create their unique username and password, and these information are individual for each member. It is not allowed to share username and passwords among users. Not following these terms could result in immediate termination of the membership.
4. Billing
You may purchase a Paid Subscription directly from Edger Finance by (1) paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase; or (2) pre-payment giving you access to the Edger Finance Service for a specific time period ("Pre-Paid Period").
Edger Finance may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid), or Codes, from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Edger Finance Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Paid Subscription prior to the price change going into effect.
If you purchase a Paid Subscription with no Trial, you authorize Edger Finance to charge you automatically each month until you cancel.
5. Renewal Cancellation
Unless your Paid Subscription has been purchased for a Pre-Paid Period, your payment to Edger Finance will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the Free Service.
If you have purchased a Paid Subscription using a Code, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the period stated in the Code, or when there is an insufficient pre-paid balance to pay for the Service.
6. Delivery of Service
The service consists of information that is delivered through the webpage.
7. Copyright Notice
All financial data and all intellectual property, trade mark, graphics, interface on the webpage belongs to Edger Finance. Members and Users do not have the right copy, download, publish, show, change or transfer the content of the webpage. Not following these terms will result in immediate termination of membership.

9. Risks involved with financial instruments
Placements in financial instruments are linked to financial risk and there are no guarantees that capital that is invested in stocks and funds will be profitable or, in a worst case scenario, that you get it back from a sale. The user is responsible for the risk and should therefore acquire information about the terms that apply to trade with such instruments, and about the qualities of the instruments. Placements or other positions in financial instruments such as stock is done at your own risk. Edger Finance cannot in any way be held responsible for any investment decisions that result from the financial information on the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
Through its website, Edger Finance only provides financial information and technical solutions intended to make it easier for the user to make his/her own analysis. Edger Finance does not provide advice or buy and sell recommendations or individual stocks for the stock market in general nor other financial instruments. The service is based on objective facts and does not contain any assumptions or advice on what to buy. Each individual visitor or paying members makes his/her own assumptions and evaluations and therefore Edger Finance cannot be held responsible for any investment decisions and consequences that may result from information on the website.
Historical and most recent information and key figures on the website may fluctuate heavily depending on what date the estimates were chosen for the stock price and currency rates that change on a daily basis. Visitors and members need to take this change into regard as information and key figures are affected.
Financial values and key figures can be calculated in a number of ways. A large part of the financial information key figures on the website are directly affected by what calculation methods we have selected for the individual values, key figure or method. Therefore it is not entirely correct to compare financial information and key figures from the website to other financial sources that may be using different calculation methods. This is a problem that visitors and payment members need to take into consideration and is not something that Edger Finance is responsible for.
Edger Finance is constantly working to ensure that the website is correct, complete and updated and therefore Edger Finance collects its basic information that is available on the website from the annual reports and interim reports of the listed companies. Edger Finance can therefore not be responsible for any errors that arise in the respective reports of the listed companies. For quarterly reports, Edger Finance is also entirely dependent on the quality and details of the content of the interim reports, which fluctuate heavily depending on the listed company. Therefore, Edger Finance cannot be responsible for a certain lack of information in some financial values and key figures. Nor can we affect and be responsible for delayed updates of financial information and key figures on the website when the respective companies choose to publish its latest annual reports and interim reports. Therefore, Edger Finance's updates for financial information and key figures on the website is entirely dependent on the listed companies' own updates to their financial reports.
Edger Finance offers historical financial information and key figures to users and paying members on the website. It is important to remember that financial history and key figures are a part of the total analysis in evaluating financial instruments such as stock, but that it should not be used as the only basis for decisions in important matters. Therefore, visitors and premium members must make a total analysis that takes into consideration other important factors that cannot be made only through a fundamental analysis and key figure evaluation.
Edger Finance cannot be responsible for technical errors caused by a third party's Credit card or Internet bank.
11. Force Majeure
Edger Finance is freed from its obligations to fulfil this contract regarding historical financial information and key figures when the following events is the cause of Edger Finance not being able to fulfil the entered contract: events of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, decisions made by authorities, circumstances that result in higher costs and comparable events that are not controlled by Edger Finance and which could not have been reasonably foreseen.
12. Choice of Law and dispute settlements
Any disputes over the contract between the Member and Edger Finance should finally resolved in the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (the "Arbitration Court") in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Court. The venue of the arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language of the arbitration shall be Swedish. The dispute shall be resolved on the basis of the laws of Stockholm. The award of the Arbitration Court shall be final and binding upon the Parties
13. Personal data
The User and Edger Finance agree that the User is the data controller and Edger Finance the data processor in relation to all personal data that Edger Finance processes in order to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement. The User shall ensure that all required measures have been taken (and continue to be taken on an ongoing basis when required) to ensure that Edger Finance's processing of any personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) of the European Parliament and Council (EU).
Edger Finance needs to store data about the User in order to administer membership and payments. The data which is stored is User name, email address and the IP-number which the User employs for each payment. The User name and email address are necessary for logging in and communication. The IP-number is necessary to fulfil legal requirements concerning the payment of VAT to the EU (MOSS).
The Edger Finance website and databases are hosted by Digital Ocean, inside the EU.
